Audience- starting point

I have been having a think about the college magazine cover and i have decided that there are 2 starting points.

- if it is aimed at students 

-if it is aimed at parents

From this research, I have decided that i want to create the cover of a magazine which is aimed at the students, as i think that it will be a more editing task to do.
